Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown serves as the
Vice President of Acquisitions for Municipal Acquisitions. She is responsible
for identifying and structuring new portfolio opportunities specializing in the
health care market. 

Mrs. Brown has nearly a
decade of experience in the institutional real estate and capital markets
industry. She has worked with some of the most respected and sophisticated
institutions in the world including various investment banks, foreign
investors, private equity firms, private debt funds, REITs and large pension
funds. 

Prior to joining Municipal
Acquisitions, Mrs. Brown, was an Investment Sales Associate at Eastdil Secured, the
leading global real estate investment bank, where she focused on executing
single asset and portfolio sale transactions, totaling approximately $4 billion
in healthcare, higher education, and industrial transactions. Her
responsibilities included preparing complex financial and market analyses,
creating sophisticated investment theses, and managing the entirety of the
equity sales process, from sourcing buyers to closing transactions.

Prior to her tenure at
Eastdil Secured, Mrs. Brown began her career as various progressively
responsible roles at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.

Mrs. Brown holds a
Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she majored in Urban
and Environmental Planning and minored in Global Sustainability.
