Rowan University Portfolio

Rowan University was occupying a portfolio of three properties, comprised of two apartment complexes and a bookstore, which were each individually leased to the University and all of which had escalating annual purchase options.


Municipal Acquisitions purchased the portfolio and structured a new lease with the University which offered compelling benefits that the University did not have under the previous leases: an option to purchase all the properties at declining annual prices, the ability to implement operating expense savings measures and lien-free ownership of the properties at the end of the term.
