Eastern Kentucky University needed two new on-campus residence halls and issued an RFP to solicit bids for their construction.

Results

Eastern Kentucky University selected Municipal Acquisitions after an exhaustive competitive RFP process and completed this transformative transaction in 2016. The project, which offers EKU students numerous amenities and collaborative learning spaces, is typical of best-in-class modern facilities. The development of these buildings was part of a recently implemented campus revitalization program that was focused on enhancing the student experience and long-term student retention. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
