Greenville University needed to construct a new athletic facility to house its growing football and baseball programs.

Results

In September 2022, Municipal Acquisitions entered into an agreement with Greenville University to construct a new athletic facility and acquire a facility for Greenville’s NCAA gymnastics team. The new athletic facility has a planned completion date of January 2024. The athletic facility project will provide a needed upgrade to Greenville University athletics with enhanced football and baseball locker rooms, training facilities, team meeting space, museum space, and a banquet hall. There will be new concession services and a seating pavilion added to the facility as well. As part of the transaction, Municipal Acquisitions also acquired an existing NCAA compliant gymnastics facility to train NCAA student athletes. Both athletic projects will provide a multitude of opportunities to current and future Greenville University student athletes.
