Greenville University needed to build an on-campus residence hall.

Results

In September 2022, Municipal Acquisitions entered into an agreement with Greenville University to construct this transformative project, with a planned completion date of December 2023. The project offers Greenville University students classroom space for the University’s nursing-related degree programs. Additionally, the student housing facility includes a new student center, community rooms, and new suite style dorm rooms, the first modern dormitory facilities added within the past several decades. The goal of the project is to bring new modern facilities to Greenville University in order to assist with academic performance and student retention.
