Marketing & Operations Associate

Skylar Sullivan is the Marketing & Operations Associate of Municipal Acquisitions. She is responsible for marketing, overseeing office operations, and conducting market research.

Prior to joining Municipal Acquisitions, Ms. Sullivan was an Associate Tenant Researching with CoStar Group. She was responsible for conducting research on commercial real estate properties, updating databases, and ensuring clients are getting information they need to be successful in their business ventures.

Ms. Sullivan also has an extensive marketing background, having worked at a digital marketing firm as a project manager, copywriter, and content creator. Additionally, she has worked as a marketing freelancer for various clients.

Ms. Sullivan graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Marketing.
