Mike Moss is an experienced capital markets professional with over 20 years of investment banking and real estate finance experience. Mr. Moss is a senior member of the Municipal Acquisitions’ team that identifies, evaluates and structures new investment opportunities as well as raises capital in the public and private markets.

Prior to joining Municipal Acquisitions, Mr. Moss worked as an investment banker for over twenty years. During his tenure, he structured over $20 billion of transactions that involved fixed and floating rate bonds, bank loans, interest rate derivatives, private placements, and equity for a wide variety of clients. Many of these transactions involved complex public-private partnerships between such entities as governments, non-profit institutions, corporations, universities, and real estate investment trusts.

Mr. Moss holds a B.A. from Tufts University, an M.B.A. from New York University, and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Michigan.
